Postpartum Doula Support
I help parents navigate the early days and weeks, tailoring my support to your comfort level, your parenting preferences, and your long-term family goals. This will include a balance of newborn care, feeding guidance, recovery support, establishing realistic rhythms, soothing techniques, or simply creating a calm environment where you can rest.
I enjoy caring for the entire family in practical and nourishing ways. I do my best to keep your home tidy so the space feels calm, organized, and supportive as you settle in. When time allows, I cook meals, bake sourdough bread, and prepare snacks.
I’m also attentive to your household pets, ensuring they receive the attention and care they deserve during your family’s transition.
Newborn Care Specialist
With dedicated experience in newborn development and needs, I offer specialized support for families seeking structured guidance. Whether you want expert overnight care, help establishing healthy sleep habits, or gentle guidance in creating age-appropriate routines, I work closely with you to create a plan that supports your newborn’s well-being and your peace of mind.
Sleep Consulting
Every baby is different, and every family’s goals look different. Your sleep plan should reflect that. I will never ask you to follow an approach that doesn’t feel right or doesn’t align with your caregiving preferences.
My sleep plans are fully personalized and tailored around your baby’s temperament, feeding patterns, and your family’s needs. They will also always prioritize safe sleep. Whether you’re easing out of contact naps, hoping for longer stretches at night, or slowly introducing independent sleep skills in a way that feels respectful and supportive, I am here to support you along the way.
Nanny & Family Support
My background includes years of professional childcare, travel assignments, rota positions, newborn care, and high-end hospitality. I am happy to adapt my services to meet your specific needs.

About Me
Caring for newborns and supporting families during the postpartum period has been the cornerstone of my work for over a decade. I am a Postpartum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist, and Sleep Consultant with extensive experience caring for babies and children under two. My approach is warm, discreet, and deeply individualized. I believe every family deserves guidance that feels supportive, comforting, and aligned with their values.
Over the years, I have supported families in Toronto, Amsterdam, Boston, Princeton, Tahoe, New York City, and Upstate New York. I understand that each household has its own rhythm, expectations, and priorities. My role is to blend seamlessly into that environment so you can rest, recover, and feel confident during a time that can be both joyful and overwhelming.
My Support Philosophy
I provide gentle, compassionate care with a strong focus on emotional support, experience, and consistency. I tailor my care to your family’s preferences, whether you want practical, hands-on support, restful overnight care, or a calm, experienced presence throughout the transition. My priority is always to understand your needs and adapt my care accordingly.
My perspective of the postpartum period was shaped by the year I spent working as a nanny before becoming a Postpartum Doula and NCS. I saw how those early weeks affect a parent’s confidence, energy, and the overall rhythm of the household. That experience motivated me to begin supporting families in the fourth trimester and continues to guide my long-term approach to care. I support you in the moment, while helping set your family up for success in the months and years ahead.
